What makes you say that it’s wrong? (You’re leaving out information required to understand your situation)
Typically you should describe a problem in terms of what you are expecting to happen and what is happening instead.
On top of that you should make it clear how much of the situation you understand, and ideally ask direct questions which help you fix the situation yourself instead of “what’s wrong” which moves all responsibility to the person who might be looking to help. Keep in mind that it’s your problem.
