9. Style that Head

#1

What or where is the color attribute correct placement for this exercise?

Oops, try again. Add a 'style' attribute to the first

<html>
    <head>
        <title>Table Time</title>
    </head>

    <body>

        <table style="border-collapse:collapse;">
            <thead>
                <tr>
                    <th colspan="2"><em>Famous Monsters by Birth Year</em></th>
                </tr>
                <tr style="border-bottom:1px solid black;">
                    <th style="padding:5px; font-family: color:red">Famous Monster</th>
                    <th style="padding:5px;border-left:1px solid black;">Birth Year</th>
                </tr>
            </thead>
            <tbody>
                <tr>
                    <td style="padding:5px;">King Kong</td>
                    <td style="padding:5px;border-left:1px solid black;">1933</td>
                </tr>

                <tr>
                    <td style="padding:5px;">Dracula</td>
                    <td style="padding:5px;border-left:1px solid black;">1897</td>
                </tr>

                <tr>
                    <td style="padding:5px;">Bride of Frankenstein</td>
                    <td style="padding:5px;border-left:1px solid black;">1944</td>
                </tr>
            </tbody>
        </table>

    </body>

@coursecoder12779,
You are using the border-left with 3 arguments.... not valid....
Please read

your <em></em> tags are wrongly placed. The style attribute should be at the <th> tag which has the colspan, colspan and style are both attributes, you can simple separate them with a space, see this image with two attributes (alt and src) for a demonstration:

<img src="url" alt="my_image">
