the instructions are:
1. Make all the h3 headings red.
2. Set all the paragraphs to the Courier font-family. (Make sure to capitalize "Courier" as shown!)
3. The second paragraph contains text between tags. Set the background-color of that to 'yellow'. (See the Hint for help!)

I don't know what I'm doing wrong:

p{
background-color: yellow;
}

h3{
font-family: Courier;
color: red;
}

p{
font-family: Courier;
font-size: 18px;
color: red;
}

the error says: Oops, try again. Make sure you set your span tags to background-color: yellow!

general css syntax:

selector {
  property: value;
}

now look at this code:

p{
    background-color: yellow;
}

you want to target the html <span></span>, i think you are using the wrong selector.
