8. Word Up - Oops Try Again

#1

The Code changes my 'UPPERCASE' word to a 'lowercase' word.
However, I still received the following error:

Oops, try again.
It looks like word is set to "UPPERCASE" instead of "uppercase".

pyg = 'ay'

original = raw_input('Enter a word:')

if len(original) > 0 and original.isalpha():
    word = original
    original = word.lower()
    first = word[0]
    print original
else:
    print 'empty'

#2

the lowercase conversion:

original = word.lower()

should be stored in word, not original

#3

I figured it out. even though the code was working. I just passed the lesson a few minutes ago.

Thank you though.
