8: Putting It All Together: what am I doing wrong?

Hi. This is my code
class Person {
public static function say() {
echo "Here are my thoughts!";
class Blogger extends Person {
const cats="50";
echo Blogger::say();
echo Blogger::cats;
All info is showing on the screen but there is an error: > Oops, try again. Did you set the cats const to 50?
Not sure that the issue with constant. I stuc here
Use the static keyword and the scope resolution operator to call Blogger's inherited say() method without creating an instance of the class. How should I do this?
Thanks in advanced.

set it to the integer 50 not a string '50'

since you are echoing here.THERE Is no need to echo here
