#1

Hello :grin:
i stuck in this part :sweat:
this is my code :

prices = {
    "banana" : 4,
    "apple" : 2,
    "orange" : 1.5,
    "pear" : 3
    }

stock = {
    "banana": 6,
    "apple": 0,
    "orange": 32,
    "pear": 15
    }
for key in prices:
    print key
    print "prices: %s" % prices[key]
    print "stock: %s" % stock[key]

this is what i get in the console:

orange
prices: 1.5
stock: 32
pear
prices: 3
stock: 15
banana
prices: 4
stock: 6
apple
prices: 2
stock: 0
None

but it give me :

Oops, try again. Check what your code prints for orange. It doesn't look quite right!

so what`s the wrong :confused: ?

Hi @basher98 ,

You have ...

print "prices: %s" % prices[key]

The output needs to be exactly as specified in the instructions. You need ...

print "price: %s" % prices[key]

so it was just because "s"

thanks man @appylpye

prices = {
"banana" : 4,
"apple" : 2,
"orange" : 1.5,
"pear" : 3,
}
stock = {
"banana" : 6,
"apple" : 0,
"orange" : 32,
"pear" : 15,
}

for key in prices:

print key
print "price: %s" % prices[key]
print "stock: %s" % stock[key]
