Hi djfoley,

in your nav div:
- you are missing the container div that should be surrounding both lists
- your second list is missing its closing tag
- your nav and container will both need closing tags

in your jumbotron div:
- the jumbotron div is missing its closing tag

I had the same issue, my code is as follows:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <body>
    <div class="nav">
    <div class="container">
	<ul>
	    <li>Put Name here</li>
	    <li>About</li>
	</ul>
	<ul>
	    <li>Sign Up Now?</li>
	    <li>Log in :)</li>
	    <li>Help!</li>
	</ul>
    </div>
	</div>

	<div class="jumbotron">
    <div class="container">
	<h1>"Find a place to stay.</h1>
	<p>"Rent from people in over 34,000 cities and 192 countries"</p>
	</div>

	<div>
	    <h3>Travel</h3>
	    <p>"From apartments and rooms to treehouse and boats: stay in unique spaces in 192 countries"</p>
	    <p>
	    <a href='#'>See how to travel on Airbnb</a>
	    </p>
	</div>

	<div>
	    <h3>Subheading</h3>
	    <p>Description text.</p>
	    <p>
	    <a href='#'>Link text here</a>
	    </p>
	</div>
	</div>

	<div class="learn-more">
	    <div class="container">
	        <div><h3>Travel</h3>...</div>
	        <div><h3>Host</h3>...</div>
	        <div><h3>Trust and Safety</h3>...</div>
	    </div>
	</div>

(any ideas?)

interestingly this is accepted:

 <div class="learn-more">
 <div class="container">
 <h1>Find a place to stay.</h1>
 <p>Rent from people in over 34,000 cities and 192 countries.</p>

<div>
 <h3>Travel</h3>
 <p>From apartments and rooms to treehouses and boats: stay in unique spaces in 192 countries.</p>
 <p>
  <a href="#">See how to travel on Airbnb</a>
</div>

<div>
  <h3>Host</h3>
  <p>
   <a href="#">Learn more about hosting</a>
  </p>
</div>

<div>
   <h3>Trust and Safety</h3>
    <p>From Verified ID to our worldwide customer support team, we've got your back.</p>
    <p>
     <a href="#">Learn about trust at Airbnb</a>
    </p>
</div>

 </div>
</div>

(the previous div for "nav" and "jumbotron" wasn't necessary???)

The problem there is that the jumbotron is missing its closing tag.
