I had the same problem! I think you have to break the loop after you have printed one of the leters in the second "for loop". Unfortunatly I have not solved this yet either!
for v in range(len(text)):
if text[t]==vow[v]:
antxt+=""
break

In fact, I was doing it way too complicated and wasn't able to get it to work using this if text[t]==vow[v]:.

As a hint, remember to use not in command to see if the character of "text" is in the list of vowels.
