  1. What if choice1 is paper?

I can't seem to figure out what's wrong with my code, I keep getting this error.

SyntaxError: Unexpected token else

Can someone lend me a hand? Thanks

/*var userChoice = prompt("Do you choose rock, paper or scissors?");
var computerChoice = Math.random();
if (computerChoice < 0.34) {
	computerChoice = "rock";
} else if(computerChoice <= 0.67) {
	computerChoice = "paper";
} else {
	computerChoice = "scissors";
} console.log("Computer: " + computerChoice);*/
var compare = function (choice1, choice2) {
 if (choice1 === choice2) {
 return "The result is a tie!"
 }
 else if (choice1 === "rock") {
     if (choice2 === "scissors")
     return "rock wins";
     }
 else {
    return "paper wins";
    }
 else if (choice1 === "paper") {
    if (choice2 === "rock" {
        return "paper wins";
        }
    else {
        return "scissors wins";
        }
    }
    }

There is many errors on that code.. First The else if statement dosent have an ending brace... Second If statement dosent have a starting brace.

#3

var compare = function (choice1, choice2) {
if (choice1 === choice2) {
return "The result is a tie!"
}
else if (choice1 === "rock") {
if (choice2 === "scissors")
return "rock wins"
}
else {
return "paper wins"
}
}

I did have it originally, I must have deleted it editing the code trying to get it to work. Is this correct?
