7/9 I can't figure out what to do

#1

/*var userChoice = prompt("Do you choose rock, paper or scissors?");
var computerChoice = Math.random();
if (computerChoice < 0.34) {
computerChoice = "rock";
} else if(computerChoice <= 0.67) {
computerChoice = "paper";
} else {
computerChoice = "scissors";
} console.log("Computer: " + computerChoice);*/
var compare = function( choice1, choice2){
if(choice1 === choice2) {
return "The result is a tie!";
}
};
if (choice1 === "paper") {
}
else if (choice2 === "rock") {
return "paper wins";
if (choice2 === "scissors")
return "scissors win";
}

I'm lost and unsure of what to do, I keep getting Illegal return statement

#2

return "The result is a tie!";
 }
}; // Move this down -
if (choice1 === "paper") {
}
else if (choice2 === "rock") {
 return "paper wins";
if (choice2 === "scissors")
 return "scissors win";
}
}; // - to here!

If that doesn't fix it I'd say also make the "if(choice1 === choice2)" an "else-if" statement.
