6. while Loop

Either i've missed something with my code or it's bugged. Any help would be appreciated

The only thing that I can see is that the code is completed, yet the only step so far is to write the cards array. Perhaps remove the rest of the code, and insert only as each step asks for it.

I did the steps to complete the exercise but even if I delete it all and just leave the array it won't go past step 1

Try a page refresh then Run again with just the one line of code.

I tried a refresh and a different browser too, still having the problem: https://i.gyazo.com/6613c4f4f88b762cd1b1bc3fcfc3299f.png

I'm plumb out of suggestions. What happens if you remove the var keyword? It might change things up, in this instance. Rightly so, we should use it, but it can't hurt to try anything at this point. Otherwise, use the Bug Reporting form to submit an issue.

Okay I've submitted the bug report, thanks for the help though!

Is there a way I can go onto the next lesson? I'm locked out at the moment.

I can't say for sure, but I don't think so. Ping us back during the week and we'll see if we can get a rush on the issue. If it's stopping you, it might be stopping others, as well. Perhaps in the meantime more suggestions will come forward.

#9

Okay I got you, I appreciate you taking the time to help

I had the exact same issue. After defining my array terms in the first line, the program kept giving me an error. I made enough attempts that it finally gave me the option to "Get Code" - which I accepted. I could find no differences between their first line and mine (very baffling). In any event, this did let me move past this page.

Thanks! I didn't think to do this
