6.Asking for feedback - unexpected token else

Could someone help me solving the error?
I don't see any mistake, but I think the second if/else sentence goes wrong.

additional question
I just tried to comment out the else part but it worked in both true/false case.
Why is that and what should I expect when I don't declare the "else" part?

this line:

if (feedback < 8);
{

the semi-colon you use, means the if statement can never be properly executed..
