6/30 I.D., Please

I have been using and used to using sizeof(variable) or typeof(variable)

is there an difference "typeof(myObj)" vs "typeof myObj"

There is no difference between typeof(myObj) and typeof myObj because typeof isn't actually a function, but rather an operator.

The confusion probably arises because you can use the parentheses, but these are simply used for grouping, similar to how you could do (2 + 3) * 2.
