Your code in tags_controller.rb looks fine. Could you try refreshing the page, please? 
refreshed lots of times. reloged, but problem still there. im getting “Undefined method ‘belongs_to’ for main:Object”, its on models/concerns/destinations.rb . But i did step 1 and its run normal, and next i did step 2 which didnt touch ‘destinations.rb’, but i get same error all the time, or i didnt understand sompthing.
restarted exercise, now its working.
solved.
