I feel like I'm probably missing something small, but I can't find what it is. Any pointers?

var user = prompt("Where would you like to travel?").toUpperCase();

switch (user) {
   case 'YES':
       var New Zealand = prompt("Do you plan on hiking while you're her?").toUpperCase();
       var hiking = prompt("Are you bringing a pack or not?").toUpperCase();
       if (New Zealand === 'YES' && hiking === 'YES') {
           console.log("You're going to have an amazing trip!");
       }
       else {
           console.log("You obviously don't plan well.");
       }
       break;
    case 'NO':
        var Australia = prompt("Are you going to ride a kangaroo?").toUpperCase();
        var snorkling = prompt("Do you plan on snorkling?").toUpperCase();
        if (Australia === 'YES' || snorkling === 'YES') {
            console.log("It sounds like you'll see some beauty there!");
        }
        else {
            console.log("Then have fun not traveling.");
        }
        break;
    default:
            console.log("You should really plan a trip soon.");
        break;
}

HI thes line

var New Zealand = prompt("Do you plan on hiking while you're her?").toUpperCase();
if (New Zealand === 'YES' && hiking === 'YES')

you should remove the space between New and Zealand with _ like that New_Zealand
