Oops, try again. average seems to be missing.

def avarage(numbers):
    sum(numbers)
    total = sum(numbers)
    total = float(total)
    total = total / len(numbers)
    return total

Help please, i don't know what i'm doing wrong

#2

Don't need that line. You state it later in the variable total.

#3

you misspelled average

#5

I think your was using too many total variable. Just need one for store the result of sum(numbers) and your need to create a new variable to store the result of average.
here is my code and it work:

def average(numbers):
total = sum(numbers)
average = float(total) / len(numbers)
return average

Sorry for my bad english.

#6

There is the same error: Oops, try again. average seems to be missing.

#7
