hello there! Any ideas why I receive the pop up after the last part's if/else statement: Oops, try again. Did you remember to put in the 'yes' answer option?

My code is as such: console.log("Suddenly, Bieber stops and says, 'Who wants to race me?'");

var userAnswer = prompt("Do you want to race Bieber on stage?");

if(userAnswer ==="yes")
{
console.log("You would do anything for Bieber!");
}
else {
console.log("Not fan enough of Bieber's, are we?");

Thanks

This is the correct statement!

console.log("Suddenly, Bieber stops and says, 'Who wants to race me?' ");
var userAnswer = prompt("Do you want to race Bieber on stage?");
if(userAnswer ==="yes"){
console.log("You would do anything for Bieber!");
}else{
console.log("Not fan enough of Bieber's, are we?");
}

You Haven't end the if/else statement pal! :yum:
Keep your code clean so that you can debug it easily!
