#4 justin bieber story

#1

// Check if the user is ready to play!
confirm("I understand confirm");

var age = prompt("What's your age?");

if (age < 13)
{ console.log("Underaged, no responsibility will be taken");
}
else
{ console.log("Play on!");
}

console.log("You are at a Justin Bieber concert, and you hear this lyric 'Lace my shoes off, start racing.'");
console.log("Suddenly, Bieber stops and says, 'Who wants to race me?");

var userAnswer = prompt("Do you want to race Bieber on stage?");
is it just messing around as code academy does this

#2

The code is perfect, so it's probably a bug.

#3

cheers :):):):):):)::):)::):):):):):)):):)::)):):)(:(::):):09:0;9:(:wink:

#4

No problem, happy to help.

#5

does it bug up a lot??? as it has happen to a friend

#6

It happens more often now than it used to, but it normally isn't much of a problem. You and your friend are just getting unlucky.

Try refreshing the page or using a different browser for a bit.

#7

hey I need help on 1 Confirm do u think u could help code academy

#8

Could you create a new topic for that instead of adding to this?

Thanks.

#9

roy here you are
// Check if the user is ready to play!
confirm("i understand confirm")

#10

You forgot the ' in the question from Bieber I just got the error added that and it worked

#11

Mine worked but I did not use

var userAnswer = prompt("Do you want to race Bieber on stage?);

I used

var userAnswer = "Do you want to race Bieber on stage?";

Also I put all my variables at the top, but that won't matter for this exercise I doubt.
