Sry for the late response, I clicked on your post yesterday but than had to leave the pc so the post somehow got lost. Glad @jibblyj could solve this. What I meant is that by clicking on new topic you get a template and when you replace the line:
Replace this line with your code.
with your code, than you get that nicely formatted and colored code like you can see in @wizmarco's post or in your second post where I did the formatting for you.
As said using this makes it a lot easier to read the code especially in python where indents matter. Also asterisks and underscores are markdown commands as well meaning
a *b* c could be formatted to a b c because
*word* means write in italic and stuff like this.
Finally it was not about you making a mistake but just a question about why you didn't use this template as templates are currently in testing. Again sry for the late response.
