4/30 No, Nothing , Nada appears on the Output screen

#1

This is my code:

var james = {
job: "programmer",
married: false,
sayJob: function() {
// complete this method
console.log("Hi, I work as a " + this.job);
}
};

// james' first job
james.sayJob();

// change james' job to "super programmer" here

james.job = "super programmer";

// james' second job
james.sayJob();

This code passes with flying colors but it might just be me that it shies to show me the result. Can someone ask her to show some decency and reveal my creation.

#2

Hi,
the code looks fine.
Try to refresh the browser and see if prints out the result.

#3

Same is happenign to me, I get a pass but the console shows "ReferenceError: job is not defined".

var james = {
job: "programmer",
married: false,
sayJob: function() {
// complete this method
console.log("Hi, I work as a" + " " + job);
}
};

// james' first job
james.sayJob();

// change james' job to "super programmer" here
james.job = "super programmer";

// james' second job
james.sayJob();

#4

instead of doing only job, try this.job.

#5

The only problem I see, Check my (console.log Example)
var james = {
job: "programmer",
married: false,
sayJob: function() {
// complete this method
console.log("Hi, I work as a " + this.job); //example: console.log(("Hi, I work as a " + "" +this.job)
}
};

// james' first job
james.sayJob();
