3. Step 2 - Setting Route

I don’t know why I keep getting an error when I run the routes.rb file.

Here is my file:

Rails.application.routes.draw do
 get '/messages' => '/messages#index'
end

The error I get is:

Oops! The test returned an error. Maybe you have a syntax error, or a typo. Hide error.
/home/ccuser/.gem/ruby/2.3.0/gems/activesupport-4.1.1/lib/active_support/values/time_zone.rb:285: warning: circular argument reference - now

Hi @ojsimon,

This isn’t your fault. Please report it as a bug through the form beneath the instructions on the left, then try one of these solutions:

Tzinfo-data error
Pages_controller.rb not in folder

Even following these I am still getting an error. Is there anyway to bypass this step in the course?

If you keep resubmitting your code, eventually you will be asked whether you’d like to just give up and be given the correct code to pass with.

i wish there was another way i coulnt even find my route file and now the i skipped it i feel like i didnt learn from it
