3. Step 2 - Setting Route

#1

I don't know why I keep getting an error when I run the routes.rb file.

Here is my file:

Rails.application.routes.draw do
 get '/messages' => '/messages#index'
end

The error I get is:

Oops! The test returned an error. Maybe you have a syntax error, or a typo. Hide error.
/home/ccuser/.gem/ruby/2.3.0/gems/activesupport-4.1.1/lib/active_support/values/time_zone.rb:285: warning: circular argument reference - now

Hi @ojsimon,

This isn't your fault. Please report it as a bug through the form beneath the instructions on the left, then try one of these solutions:

Even following these I am still getting an error. Is there anyway to bypass this step in the course?

#4

If you keep resubmitting your code, eventually you will be asked whether you'd like to just give up and be given the correct code to pass with.

i wish there was another way i coulnt even find my route file and now the i skipped it i feel like i didnt learn from it
