3. Jumbotron -- Set the height

Your errors are the unnecesary tags. I will locate them inside the below code so look at them carefully :smile:

    .nav a {
    color: #5a5a5a;
    font-size: 11px;
    font-weight: bold;
    padding-top:14px;
    padding-bottom:14px;
    padding-left:10px;
    padding-right:10px;
    text-transform: uppercase;
    }>     <<--- Uneccesary Tag!

    .jumbotron {
    background-image: url('https://goo.gl/04j7Nn');
    height: 500px;}>   <-- Unneccesary Tag!

sorry i saw the post about correct code posting, i saw "copy paste" so i did instead of rewrite it.
let me try again, i am brand new to this and would like to fit it lol

i deleted the superfluous tags and it still wont go. here's what it looks like now

` .nav a {
color: #5a5a5a;
font-size: 11px;
font-weight: bold;
padding-top:14px;
padding-bottom:14px;
padding-left:10px;
padding-right:10px;
text-transform: uppercase;

  .jumbotron {

background-image: url('https://goo.gl/04j7Nn');
height: 500px;`

First of its still not correct format since your suppose to have 3 ''' not only one and it has to be at top of code and very bottom so like this
` < Put three of those not one like you did
//CODE

` < Put three of those not one like you did

Now let me post anwser on seperate post..

Anwser to problem:

Your missing your ending brackets. I will show in code so look at the code carefully :smile:

     .nav a {
    color: #5a5a5a;
    font-size: 11px;
    font-weight: bold;
    padding-top:14px;
    padding-bottom:14px;
    padding-left:10px;
    padding-right:10px;
    text-transform: uppercase;
                     <<-- Forgot a Ending Bracket here!
      .jumbotron {
    background-image: url('https://goo.gl/04j7Nn');
    height: 500px;`
                         <<-- Forgot an ending bracket here too!

No Problem. Got another solution for you while formatting your code. Always remember to select over your code, and then hit CTRL+SHIFT+C. Hope this helped :smile:
