Hey there,

Unterminated string constant looks to be referring to the fact you've opened a string, but you've not closed it.
You start of by creating a prompt, the structure of the prompt is prompt("some stuff here");

But in your code, you've forgotten to close the quote marks.
var user = prompt("you can meet one youtuber. do you choose MARK, JACK, or PEWDS? **missing " here ** );.toUpperCase()

So the first thing you want to do is correct that with:
var user = prompt("you can meet one youtuber. do you choose MARK, JACK, or PEWDS?");.toUpperCase()

However this will still throw an error. Before you can use the .toUpperCase() method, you actually have to remove the ; semi-colon present.

So you'll need to remove that and add it at the very end of the line:
var user = prompt("you can meet one youtuber. do you choose MARK, JACK, or PEWDS?").toUpperCase();

Once you've done that you should find your code is able to execute and the user variable is returned in all caps.

Hope that helps.
