25. size and borders

#1

This stinks: I have the same code:
h1 {font-family:Verdana,sans-serif;color:#576D94;}
p {font-size: 18px; color:#4A4943; font-family:Garamond,serif;}
img {height:100px; width:300px; border: 1px solid #4682B4;}

and still get an error stating: Did you remember to give your image a 1px solid #4682b4 border?

it is the same as what was suggested before. Does not work. Arrgghhhhh! Can someone please suggest a work around?

Your zoom on 100%?
Your CSS code properly linked to HTML?

Can you paste in the link to this exercise

Hi

I don't know if it is relevant but you put a color #4682B4 for the border but it is asked to put the color #4682b4. The B is not capitalized in the instructions.

font-family: Garamond, serif;

img {
border-width: 1px;
border-style: solid;
border-color: #4682b4;
height: 100px;
width: 300px;

Could I see your HTML please

#9

codecademy's SCT might be looking for border as a single value .. so try:

border: 1px solid #4682b4;

Make sure you're not accidentally zoomed in/out? (ctrl+0 or cmd+0 to reset)

#10

still not working :frowning:

#11

Reset code and try again or switch browser

#12

It's not working for me either. Have tried both Firefox and Safari. Keep getting the same error. Also the image size doesn't change at all.

#13

Just found out that my h1 in the CSS was somehow missing the closing }. This fixed the issue.

#15

Just zoom in and out. I think it was on 110% in Chrome when it finally accepted it. Odd.
