I completed Getting Started with Programming for the JavaScript course, but it is not giving me a badge. Other sections of the course give a badge as expected, but resubmitting every part of this section to completion multiple times has done nothing. It just immediately prompts me to start the next section. I have never done this course previously on this account, so it is not already in my badge list either. What else can I do, or is this an issue with Codecademy?

Replace this line with your code.
No code. Just not getting a badge.
<do not remove the three backticks above>
Try resetting the last exercise in that section and then redoing it.
If that still doesn’t work, on this page https://www.codecademy.com/learn/javascript, could you take a screenshot like the one below.

Already done so several times. Tried again just now, and no change. Thank you anyway.
Note: I have also tried redoing it on a different browser, but no luck there either.
Edit: Here’s the requested screenshot.
I’ll put in a bug report for this. If I hear anything back I’ll let you know.
Thank you for the quick replies! I appreciate it.
I am using Windows 10. I have tried Chrome version 49 and Firefox version 42. I am on a home network. I do have ad blocker on, but so far it has not affected other sections from giving a badge, so I don’t think that is it. I just tried turning off the ad blocker as well and tried resubmitting the section again, but still no badge.
Thanks Ripley, I just have to ask all those questions for the report.
