Oops, try again. It looks like your li's padding-top isn't 5px.But i have it on my code.
...
li {
display:inline;
border: 2px solid #000000;
font-family: Futura, Tahoma, sans-serif;
color: #ffffff;
border-radius: 5px 5px;
background-color: #cc0323
padding-top:5px;
padding-right:5px;
padding-bottom:5px;
padding-left:5px;
}
I also tried
padding:5px 5px 5px 5px;

neither worked.

You are missing a semi colon here thus the code doesn't work

I wanted to know about the positioning of CSS.
Absolute or relative positions makes no difference....the margin value is making the difference whether i type position value or not.
Why do we use the positons then when margin value is enough to make the difference?
