23/28 javascript problem

console.log( "January".substring(0, 3) );
console.log( "Melbourne is great".substring(0, 12 ) );
console.log( "Hamburgers".substring(3, 9) );
but it keeps saying its the wrong substring witch dont makes sence becurse i copy pasted what it said becurse i got so frustrated

For the "Hamburgers" substring, it's 3,10, not 3,9.
