Can somebody help me out, because im not able to see what is wrong here(thank you)
def distance_from_zero(azra):
if type(azra) == int or type(azra) == float:
return "Nope"

Oops, try again. Your function seems to fail on input -10 when it returned 'Nope' instead of '10'

you should return the absolute value if it is a integer or a float, currently you return a string.

Oops, try again. It looks like you have a NameError. Maybe you forgot to create a function called distance_from_zero? Check the error message for more info! - global name 'distance_from_zero' is not defined

Same thing is happening for me. can I please have help

you should create a new topic :slight_smile:

check this

One of the reasons is to make a new topic is that you are provided with a template which asks you for:

error message
exercise url

the code is very important, without it, we can't help you
