15/16 help

Yes, I am having the same problem even with a backslash at the end of line 5.

After I tried a few times, and it said ‘keep trying or get code’, when I chose ‘get code’ it worked, even though the code it gave me is the exact same as the code I had.

Hello @zannpettitt,

Many of our users our running into this issue and we are looking into it. Thanks for your patience. :slight_smile:

@zannpettitt, have you tried overwriting the variables like so:

name = raw_input("What is your name?")
quest = raw_input("What is your quest?")
color = raw_input("What is your favorite color?")
name = "name"
quest = "quest"
color = "color"

let me know if this works. Currently, raw_input() isn’t working correctly.

Thanks for the reply.

Actually, I already got past this task when I had unsuccessfully tried a few times and it asked me if I wanted to ‘keep trying’ or ‘get code’. The code it gave me when I selected ‘get code’ was exactly the same, but this time it worked fine.

Hmm okay. I didn’t know that you could use ‘get code’ in the Python courses… that is unusual. :thinking:
Thank you for letting me know. :smile:

Setting name to “name” etc worked for me in terms of getting the check mark. Hopefully raw_input works soon.
