13. Putting it all together

#1

Need some help, people!
Got stuck with this lesson:

/*Add your CSS below!*/

intro {

    color=#b83c3a;

}
.standout {
color=#f7ac5f;
font-family=Verdana;
}

**Oops, try again.**
**Did you remember to set #intro's color to #B83C3A?**

Anybody have an idea what did I do wrong?

#2

Oh, I just got it! :joy:
Thanks anyway!

#3

Must have been due to internet down time

#4

What do you mean? I think @chickenburito figured out he used equal sign after property's (color, font-family) while he should have used a colon

#5

Ooops... my bad. Had a similar problem, but, mine was due to the internet temporarily going out. Sorry!

#6

Not work.

Oops, try again. Did you remember to add the intro ID to the h2 header?

#7

your error message indicates a problem in the html code, please post your html code

#8

Thank you. Good job.

#9

what level are you guys at? I am at 13. Putting it all together. I am hoping to find someone same level as me so I can compete with him/her in order to find motivation to stay consistent with my lessons.
any one interested reply me.

MY QUESTION:

When the instruction is:
1. Give the h2 header an ID of "intro".
Shouldn't we add an "ID" to the h2, and change

to

?

if you edit/update your question, leave a reply so i get a notification. Your code is not visible, take the following steps to make your code visible:

select your code and press ctrl + k (or cmd + k if you use a mac)

if this instructions are unclear, you can also insert 3 backticks before and after your code, like so:

```
<p>visible</p>
```

the backtick is located above the tab key on your keyboard

#15

some just copy and paste the whole code so i can copy :P.

#16

No one do this, it is against CC policy. If you need help, post your code
