# Write your code below!
if guess_row == ship_row and guess_col  == ship_col:
    print "Congratulations! You sank my battleship!"
else:
    if guess_row not in range(5) or guess_col not in range(5):
        print "Oops, that's not even in the ocean."
    elif board[guess_row][guess_col]=="X":`indent preformatted text by 4 spaces`
        print "You guessed that one already."
    else:`indent preformatted text by 4 spaces`
        print "You missed my battleship!"
        board[guess_row][guess_col] = "X"
    print_board(board)

Oops, try again. Did you remember to add the "You guessed that one already." message in your elif statement?

I cant see what is wrong with my code?

@thalia1983,

you use
"You guessed that one  already."
they ask
"You guessed that one already."

#3

you mean that I have one more space between the "one already"....! I couldn't see that..
thank you very much my friend...

now it works...!

#4

Thanks your code works,

I did silly mistake here ..board[guess_row] or [guess_col]=="X"

#5

Thanks a lot! I just made a similar mistake.
