13/14 Heads up, I found an alternate way

#1

I simply changed the item div to an id instead of a class and it serves the same purpose as using the .on() with less code.

$('.list').click(function(){
$('#item').remove();

instead of:

$(document).on('click','.item', function() {
$(this).remove();

Hi S3u55,

Your first code doesn't work properly, though. Have you tried adding two items and clicking on one of them?

Oh, so it only let's you remove list items in the order you put them, I see.
