11. Keeping it classy - font color

#1

Hi,

I wonder how I can fix the error message regarding the color? Also, I tried adding images to the HTML. They were visible until I started adding the classes. How do you create the correct class for images?

Oops, try again. Did you set the color of the .fancy class to #0000CD;?

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
	<head>
		<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="stylesheet.css"/>
		<title>Result</title>
	</head>
	<body>
		<div class="fancy">Hihhei></div>
		<td class="fancy">Lallaa></td>

	</body>
</html>

CSS:

/*Define your CSS class .fancy below!*/
.fancy {
    font-family: Cursive;
    font-color: #0000cd;
}

Thanks Guys!

Hey,
Color attribute is just color not font-color

Oh nice, it worked, thank you! I wonder why it's not font-color? :smiley: It makes no sense to me lol

#4

from MDN:

it should really be called text-color and would have been named so, save for historical reasons and its appearance in CSS Level 1.
