10 bool_three says invalid syntax

#1

Use boolean expressions as appropriate on the lines below!

Make me false!

bool_one = (2 <= 2) and "Alpha" == "Bravo" # We did this one for you!

Make me true!

bool_two = 2*2 < 2*3 or 2 > 3

Make me false!

bool_three = (8 > 3) not 3*3 == 9

Make me true!

bool_four = 4 = 4 and 4 = 4

bool_five = 5 = 5 and 5 = 5

Hi @calebk ,

Because the code that you posted is not formatted, it is difficult for other users to read and debug it. After code has been pasted into the editing window for posting, you can format it by selecting it, and then by clicking the </> button above the editing area. This will enable us to see important details, such as the indentation and underscores.

You have ...

bool_three = (8 > 3) not 3*3 == 9

You need a boolean operator prior to the not, for example ...

bool_three = (8 > 3) and not 3 * 3 == 9

What if it says it cant assign to a literal, what does that mean? but its in bool_four this time
